  • Satellites - NASA - excellent for teaching satellites. It plots all known satellites in real time, or they can be viewed speeded up to allow you to see their paths. The Clark belt can easily be identified as can polar orbiters. Students can be asked to find the name of individual satellites which follow both trajectories. Also, as the satellites can be viewed by usage, the link between orbit and usage is easily established.  (Added: 5-Jun-2000 By: DA Hits: 610)
