- Maths applets - This site presents mathematics Java applets that can be run via your browser. These are available from the 'applets' link. Although primarily a mathematics web site, the applets will extend into other subject areas in which mathematics is a strong element, engineering for example.
Each applet is accompanied by tutorial worksheets, and most by a theory sheet. These are in Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) format and, like the applets, are also available from the 'applets' option.

- Maths Lessons - This is a lively site intended primarily for GCSE students. There is a mixture of formal teaching and games. The games are based on popular TV game shows, a favourite of my students is the Millionaire version and when this is done on the interactive whiteboard as a class activity the students just don't want to go home!

- Maths4Life - Maths4Life is a new project which aims to stimulate a positive approach to teaching and learning in numeracy and maths.
The three year project is funded by Skills for Life Strategy Unit (formerly known as the Adult Basic Skills Strategy Unit) at the DfES as part of its Skills for Life Strategy.
Maths4Life will combine research and development to produce findings and resources that will provide guidance for all those involved in the delivery of numeracy and non-specialist maths.
